A remote session begins with a short conversation to attune to your intention, followed by a period of quiet transmission where you rest while the energy work takes place. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm presence during or after the session - but it’s best to just show up with an open mind and no expectations.

Each session concludes with a brief follow-up message or call to help integrate what was received.
